Can I place an order over the phone?
Absolutely. Through our AI agent, powered by Parloa, you can place an order over the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in multiple languages.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a Kronos account allows you to:
- Track orders
- Save shipping details
- Access faster checkout
- View purchase history
- Manage returns easily
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Major credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Kronos Gift Cards

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it by:
- Logging into your account and selecting “Cancel Order,” or
- Contact our Customer Experience team immediately via the phone number you called.
After that window, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be canceled — but you may return it once received.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are possible within 60 minutes of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, we cannot redirect it. Please contact the carrier directly once tracking is available.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify:
- Item selections
- Sizes
- Colors
- Payment methods
You may cancel within the allowed window and place a new order.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by region:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 5–12 business days

Yes — Kronos ships to over 70 countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
Can I return an online purchase in-store?
Yes, at most Kronos stores worldwide (excluding select franchise locations).
What if my item is defective?
Please contact support within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace or refund the item promptly.
PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS
Can I use multiple promo codes?
Only one promo code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
How do I use a gift card?
Enter your gift card code at checkout. If your order total exceeds the card balance, you may use an additional payment method.
What happens if I return an item purchased with a promo code?
Your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid. Promotional discounts are not reissued after expiration.
