Return Policy

At Kronos, we design for movement — and we believe your shopping experience should move just as seamlessly. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns simple, fast, and transparent.
1. Our 30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery (or in-store purchase date) for a refund to your original payment method.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, etc., where applicable)
2. How to Start a Return
Online Orders
1. Log into your Kronos account.
2. Go to Orders & Returns.
3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
4. Generate your prepaid return label.
5. Pack your items securely and drop off at the designated carrier.
You’ll receive email confirmation once your return is received and processed.
In-Store Returns
Online orders can also be returned at any Kronos store worldwide (excluding franchise locations). Simply bring:
1. Your item(s)
2. Order confirmation (digital or printed)
3. Original form of payment

- In-store exchanges for size or color (subject to availability)
- Online exchanges via our return portal (where available)

4. Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection takes 2–3 business days
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
5. Return Shipping Fees
- Domestic returns: Free
- International returns: Return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Marked “Final Sale” at purchase
- Gift cards
- Undergarments and swimwear (unless defective)
- Personalized or customized items
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kronos.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll make it right immediately.
8. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If paid via gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Gift Returns
Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit with proof of purchase.
